Health Care
For health care your Doctors are the first persons to contact. They too have leaflets giving information about the advice available and the addresses of support groups on specific medical conditions e.g. diabetes, breast cancer, deafness etc. For information call NHS Direct which also covers social care, including access to residential and nursing homes, respite care, travel schemes and equipment for disability.
