Swan Court, The Paddocks (Sheltered Housing)
Bungalows for ten single persons and two for couples and a separate communal building were opened in May 1978. They are owned by Sutton Bonington and Normanton-on-Soar Social Service Association, a registered charity. The affairs of the Association are dealt with by a Committee of Management.When vacant, the bungalows are available for rent to residents of Sutton Bonington and Normanton-on-Soar, or to residents’ parents who do not live locally and need to move nearer to their family.
