Control of Dogs
Dogs must be on a lead at all times when on the pavements and the mown area of the playing field. It is an offence for persons in charge of dogs to allow them to foul the pavements or verges or the playing field. More importantly this is a health hazard, particularly for younger children, so please carry a ‘poop-a-scoop’ or similar to remove your dog’s mess, these are available from some of the local shops. Please note there are now 6 dog litter bins.
Rushcliffe Borough Council have Dog Wardens who patrol in the parish. They deal with stray dogs and the observance of the dog control byelaws, as displayed on signs, which apply to the pavements and playing field.
