Sutton Bonington Parish Council

All Parish Councillors represent the whole parish, not just the area where they live. Please feel free to contact any of them if there is any point you wish to raise on parish matters.

The Council meets in the Village Hall, St. Anne’s Lane, on the first Monday in each month (except August) commencing at 7.30pm. When the first Monday is a Bank Holiday the meeting is postponed, normally until the following Tuesday. An agenda for each meeting will be displayed on the notice boards at least three days in advance. The notice boards are situated opposite St. Michael’s Church, on the main bus shelter on Park Lane and on the Zouch bus shelter.

The Annual General Meeting of the Council is held in May of each year when the Chairman and Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year are elected.

The Annual Parish Meeting at which the Council reports to the electorate is held In April of each year.
